Create your account, install the extension, complete your profile, then click Open Apply on a supported job page. You review every answer before anything submits.

Set up Workday autofill (optional)
Workday applications start with an account creation or sign-in page — unique among supported ATSes. Open Applier can store your Workday credentials encrypted at rest and fill them for you automatically.
You have three options, configurable in your Application Profile:
- Enabled — store credentials, autofill works seamlessly. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never logged.
- Disabled— Open Applier pauses at the Workday credential page; you type your username and password directly into Workday's form, then click Resume.
- Pending— default for new users. We'll prompt you on your first Workday application.
Review before submit. Open Applier never submits an application without your explicit confirmation. Every answer is shown to you first; you can edit any field before clicking submit.
